About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Director
- Paid Search to take ownership of strategic search activity across key client accounts. This is a senior role responsible for shaping paid search strategy, guiding campaign direction, and ensuring high-quality execution across all activity. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, providing strategic oversight, performance insight, and actionable recommendations to improve results and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction of paid search activity across assigned accounts Act as a senior client contact, providing insight and recommendations Oversee campaign performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and objectives Ensure best practice is consistently applied across all paid search activity Support test-and-learn approaches and optimisation strategies Provide strategic oversight of campaign planning, execution, and reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams Monitor industry trends and platform developments to identify opportunities Contribute to wider search strategy and knowledge sharing across teams Ensure governance, quality standards, and process compliance are maintained Skills & Experience Strong background in paid search strategy and account management Experience in a client-facing or agency environment Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance media Confident managing senior stakeholders and client relationships Experience across major paid search platforms and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to support and guide junior team members Desirable:
