Circle Health Group in Milton Keynes is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join the Pre Assessment team. The post is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of up to £34,000 per year.
You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor vital signs and update care plans in line with NMC standards and hospital policies. Strong communication, teamwork and IT skills are essential to success.
