As we continue to grow existing services and develop new ones, we are investing in additional senior clinical leadership to support safe, consistent and well-governed service delivery across an expanding workforce. The role is offered initially on a 6-month fixed-term basis, with the potential for extension as our service needs continue to evolve.

• Use your post-registration clinical experience and sound judgement to support safe, defensible decisions
• Provide constructive clinical challenge with professional confidence, clear communication and appropriate escalation
• Support safe workforce deployment by considering competence, suitability, risk and service need
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit and assurance activity that supports regulatory readiness
