Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a qualified Registered Nurse (Adult) to join the Prisons Health Care Team at HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes. You will provide high-quality clinical care, work within a multidisciplinary team, and receive full induction and training.
You will help with triage, health promotion, care planning and medication administration, while supporting patients in a custodial setting and promoting well-being across seven days a week.
