PositionWe are looking for Boat Hire Supervisor to join our team. The role will be responsible for running our Boat Hire operation and managing self-launches, as well kitting up visitors booked on for Watersportssessions.
As part of this role you will ensure all our visitors have a safe and memorable experience out on the water by giving safety briefs and ensuring the appropriate kit is issued. You will also undertake regular inspections to ensure all equipment is in good condition and ready for use.
The role will require working shifts across a 7-day operation, typically between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Working a minimum of one in two weekends, as well as some bank holidays should be expected.

We are looking for flexible and outgoing individuals who are confident in engaging with visitors of all ages and abilities. Experience of working in a busy leisure environment is desirable, as is holding an RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification. It is essential you will have some line manager experience and or experience in leading a team.
