- Review and create risk assessments and safe systems of work across warehouse operations
- Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, legislation and ISO standards
- Investigate incidents, analyze data and produce meaningful reports and recommendations to drive improvements
- Coordinate monthly health and safety meetings, maintaining accurate statistics, KPIs and management information
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an operationally focused Health & Safety role
- NVQ Level 3 or NEBOSH General Certificate, with a commitment to continuing professional development
- Strong working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for driving continuous improvement and promoting a positive safety culture
Demonstrates expertise in Health and Safety compliance, risk assessment, and incident investigation, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in maintaining accurate health and safety statistics and facilitating effective communication across all organizational levels.
