Job Description
  • Lead a team of Quality professionals in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • First point of contact for all external and internal customer concerns
  • Instigation of 8D activity following customer concern and delegation of work to team thereafter
  • Audit systems and processes to ISO
    9001 standard
  • Utilise data of quality defects to improve quality processes
  • Identify area for quality improvements
  • Utilisation of six sigma/ lean tools to increase efficiencies and improve site quality
  • Maintain and develop the QMS and quality structure
Experience

You will already be a competent Quality professional with proven management experience within a high volume manufacturing environment.

  • HNC/ Degree in a technical subject or equivalent professional level qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of quality systems with particular focus on ISO
    9001
  • Strong communicator internally and in liaison with demanding customers
  • Strong understanding of Route Cause Analysis and structured problem solving tools - 8D, MSA, 5

    Why
