• Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team
• A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a high‑energy environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
