Compensation: £13.27 / hour
Full Time Team Leader Vacancy, 32 hours per week. Full flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends. Shifts between 8am and 8:30pm Monday through Saturday, and 9am to 5:30pm Sunday.

Key Responsibilities- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals.

- Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.
- Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are on point every day.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
- Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
- Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confident and reliable motivator, with a talent for inspiring others.
- Experienced in all areas of retail, from stock control to visual merchandising.
- Strong communicator able to engage at all levels and provide constructive feedback.
- Proactive and results‑driven, with a track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Approachable, trustworthy, and a natural team player.
- Skilled at problem‑solving within company guidelines and policies.
