Sales Assistant - Trafford

About the role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well." We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Trafford store team. The position is 16 hours per week, with overtime available, and requires flexibility to work weekend days and some weekdays, including evening shifts.

• Offer exceptional customer service and maximise sales and KPI targets.
• Apply expert product knowledge and selling skills to help customers.
• Stay up to date with the latest store ranges and promotions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support team efficiency and store success.
• Perform stock tasks, including accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, adhering to VM and Health & Safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service.
• High enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
