Senior Store Keyholder — Customer Lead

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Milton Keynes Bletchley

20 hours per week.

You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, while also handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. The role requires you to be hands‑on and show a positive attitude. You will support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. Retail experience is not essential, but you will need some experience of being a key holder or supervising team members.

Get stuck in: Be ready to handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.

Provide outstanding service: Offer a great experience while chatting with customers and staying efficient during busy times.

Ask the right questions: Show genuine interest in customers’ projects to help them find everything they need.

Be proactive: Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for great deals and competitive prices.

Keyholder responsibility: Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
