We are looking for a warm, passionate, talented and friendly Part‑Time (8 hours) Style Advisor to join the Milton Keynes branch.

• Play an active role in store sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these high standards
• Support the manager in ensuring the store and team remains connected to customers and communities through collaboration
• Support the team in the manager's absence
• Key hold in manager's absence (ensure continuity)
• Follow all company health, safety and security guidelines
• Review and action replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice

• A can‑do attitude, energetic and passionate
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
• Someone who is kind, helpful and considerate towards customers and team members
• Passion for styling and willingness to learn about Jigsaw products to pass this onto customers
• Keen to learn and take on new challenges
• Commercial awareness and confidence to make suggestions to line manager
