IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome Sales Assistants to join our team in Bedrooms.

A Sales Assistant at IKEA supports customers by offering helpful advice, keeping the sales area well stocked and organised, and ensuring products are clearly displayed and easy to buy while delivering a friendly, positive shopping experience.

• The start date of employment will be: 12th of July 2026
• Competitive hourly rate of £14.15 per hour.
• 30hrs per week working 5 days over
  7. Availability is required for weekday day shifts, evenings, and both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday), with every 4th weekend off.

• Skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own.

• You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
