Customer Team Member
As a Customer Team Member you will work as part of a friendly team in a fast‑moving Co‑op store to help deliver essential services to your community every day. Your responsibilities include supporting the day‑to‑day running of the store, working with your team to keep the store running smoothly, working hands‑on on the shop floor and tills and in the in‑store bakery, maintaining store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates and stock accuracy, supporting Co‑op Membership and assisting your local community.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
- The ability to work as part of a team and flexibly across a range of shifts.
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least two evening shifts and one weekend shift.
Customer Team LeaderAs a Customer Team Leader you will help maintain high standards while supporting your store colleagues to be their best.
Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, ensuring the store is always safe, keeping the store well‑stocked and looking great, leading by example and doing the right thing.

As a Store Manager you will lead your team and make sure everyone works together to deliver a great in‑store experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include driving sales, contributing to the community, leading a large team of Store Managers across around 20 stores, inspiring team members, and bringing strategies to life through projects and programmes.
