Assistant Store Manager – Full Time

Location:

Milton Keynes

Hours per Week: 37.5

Salary: £28,000

The Assistant Store Manager role
  • Support the driving force of our business, demonstrating a will to win, passion for people, and exceptional standards of execution
  • Use sound strategic and analytical thinking to support commercial decisions that help the store and team achieve sales, KPIs and business profit through inspirational motivation
  • Serve as a role model in delivering the principles of our customer service programme, knowing what excellence looks like while motivating others to achieve the same
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing a highly effective team through engaging communication, coaching and training, empowering individuals to reach their full potential
The Perfect Assistant Store Manager Candidate
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
  • Experience with in the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Engaging and successful leadership style
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Customer‑centric approach
  • Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements, including some travel to other stores
