Brand Manager

We’re currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our welcoming and close‑knit H Beauty team. We welcome both first‑time retail applicants and those with experience eager to grow their skills with us.

You’ll be responsible for providing first‑class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals while being an ambassador for the values and H Beauty brand.

• Experience in a retail environment is desirable but not essential; we’ll invest in your development.
• Passionate about beauty and people, with a dedication to world‑class customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Ability to remain calm and measured under pressure.
• Resilient and adaptable to audience and environment, believing anything is possible.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, asking questions and listening effectively.
• Collaborative nature, thriving as part of a team and building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
