New Look is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Milton Keynes store. You will lead a team to deliver strong results through commerciality, collaboration and a customer-obsessed approach. You’ll shape the shopping journey, inspire colleagues and drive performance alongside the Territory Leader.
You will be accountable for store performance, identifying opportunities to improve KPIs, service, and stock control while ensuring a positive, engaging environment for customers and colleagues alike.
