Parts Advisor

Working within a small team and reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will have key responsibilities for the:

• Co‑ordinate all parts sales to ensure customers and technicians have parts when they need them.
• Liaise with the team and customers.
• Handle customer enquiries.
• Communicate on the telephone and serve parts to in‑house and retail customers.
• Deliver and collect stock for the busy parts department, including lifting and carrying.
• Use a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product/service that best meets their needs.
• Enjoy a varied role with opportunity to progress with the team.

• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise.
• Remain calm in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• High attention to detail and a desire to produce high quality work.
• Logical and thorough in approach.
• Understand the importance of the role in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Great team player, willing to help others.
