We are looking for a

Warehouse Customer Assistant to  joinour passionate teambasedatourbusy

Distribution Centreat Kiln  Farm.

In thisrole,youwillbethewarm welcomeat the heartofour operations,as you greetour supporters,assistwithdonations, organise stock andhelpwithunloadingdeliveries.

Whatyoulldo:

Support Daily Operations:
Work alongside the warehouse team tomove, organiseandallocatestock for distribution.

Supporter Engagement:
Greet andassistsupporters dropping off donations with awelcoming and courteous service.

Gift Aid Promotion:
Maximise income by encouraging donors to sign up for Gift Aid, completing paperwork, and adding Gift Aid labels to relevant stock(full training will be given).

Loading & Unloading:
Assist with the safe collection and delivery of donated goods, working safely and in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

Furniture Storage & Stock Rotation:
Help with the storage and rotation of stock to ensure the warehouseremainswell-organised and functional.

Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely withthe Team Leadersandvolunteers to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Help keepthe warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised.

Compliance:
Follow all organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including Health & Safety regulations.

• Passionate aboutsupportingourcharity and maximising income for a great cause

• Physically fit and able to carry out frequent manual handling throughout the day

• Aware of Health & Safety considerations in a warehouse environment

• Able to use basic IT skills for processing stock

• Previous warehouse,retailor customer service experience would behelpful

We offer round-the-clock, expert care to local patients with a life-limiting illness, both in their own homes and in our In-Patient Unit.
