Main Responsibilities in the Role Promote aftermarket offering for Service & Spare Parts Mobile Customers Provide timely and update quotations for parts for internal and external customers
Provide Technical support to customer and internal about spare parts needed
Monit or the stocking of parts to ensure correct parts are stored at Buckingham Support Service department with the identification of spare parts and ordering.
To be Successful in this Role Previous experience in Aftermarket and technical customer Service Good at Office, SAP preferable
Good communication skills
Customer Focus Good organizational skills
Teamwork
