No7 Beauty Company is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a skincare and makeup counter on site, driving sales and coaching your team to exceed targets. You’ll deliver personalised consultations, build customer relationships, and ensure a welcoming counter experience.
You’ll report to Store/General Manager, create engaging in-store plans with regional support, and participate in the Skin School development programme while championing the No7 brand.
