The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and strong commercial results.

Your key responsibilities as Store Manager will include:

Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing retail team.

Driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance.

Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high retail standards.

Managing recruitment, training, performance, and succession planning.

Analysing sales figures and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.

Ensuring excellent visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.

Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Creating a positive, engaging, and results-driven store culture.

About You

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Store Manager who can inspire a team and deliver outstanding commercial results.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced retail leader ready for the next step.

A proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.

A commercial mindset and a passion for customer service.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
