Marks & Spencer Group is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of our busy stores. You’ll work night shifts (Wed-Sat) with an unsocial premium for hours from 22:00–06:00, delivering five-star service while staying sharp and proactive.
You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find products, recommend fresh items, and drive sales. A supportive team environment and flexibility across store areas are expected.
