Qualifications
  • Mid‑level experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales preferably in a software or technology environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving growth targets.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Confident using CRM tools and comfortable engaging clients via phone, email, and video.
  • Positive attitude and resilience.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive business success through meaningful partnerships.
  • Manage and develop house accounts, identify opportunities to expand engagement and revenue.
  • Proactively upsell and cross‑sell additional software solutions that align with client needs.
  • Identify and reach out to prospective customers in adjacent markets to grow our customer base.
  • Use direct communication channels to understand client challenges and match our offerings to their goals.
