£30,000 basic | Up to £65,000 OTE
We’re working with a highly regarded house builder who is looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team in Milton Keynes
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, sales-driven professional who can hit the ground running and deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.
The Role- Managing the full sales process on a busy development
- Delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets
- Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate sales administration and CRM records
- Representing the brand professionally at all times
- Strong background in New Homes sales (essential)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Confident, proactive, and highly organised
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused
Thursday – Monday
1 in 4 weekends off
- £30,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of up to £65,000
