Brand Ambassador

Power into a great new career as a Brand Ambassador! Do you have a passion for engaging with customers and building relationships with businesses? This role offers a permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) with CPM, representing Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt, leading power‑tool provider. Salary £28,000 plus 10% bonus, company van, equipment and other perks.

• Visiting trade tool and DIY retailers in your territory as the ambassador for Stanley and DeWalt products, raising awareness and the profile of their brands with trade counter staff and customers.
• Positively influencing the distribution, availability and visibility of all SBD products, ensuring they are always available, highly visible and displays are fully functional.
• Actively demonstrating products, their features and benefits, engaging people with the brand.
• Delivering clear, precise training to both stores and end‑users to make the brands the destination choice.
• Building strong working relationships with key contacts, educating them on the product range to increase sales.
• Attending and supporting key national events throughout the year.
• Consistently identifying, executing and influencing local store initiatives to increase availability and visibility for both brands.
• Identifying potential opportunities for additional sales and influencing relevant store personnel to implement.

• You’re a great communicator able to build and maintain excellent relationships with trade and DIY employees, business owners and customers.
• You are confident in demonstrating products (full product training will be provided).
• You are a self‑starter able to work on your own initiative and share great ideas.
• You enjoy being out on the road and have a full driving licence that enables you to drive in the UK.
• You are looking for a great full‑time role working Monday to Friday but are happy with occasional weekend work to attend exhibitions and county shows.
