Sales Support Administrator

We are hiring a Sales Support Administrator to join a busy commercial team. This Sales Support position is perfect for someone organised and detail-focused who wants to build a long-term career in sales.

💰 Salary:
Up to £30,000

Hours:

Monday–Friday with early Friday finish
🌴 Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team while developing the skills needed to progress into an Internal Account Manager role.

Sales Support responsibilities

* Processing sales orders and managing documentation

* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks

* Handling customer queries and providing updates

* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow

* Assisting with complaints, returns, and customer requests

What we’re looking for in a Sales Support Administrator

* Administration, customer service, or sales support experience

* Strong organisation and attention to detail

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to learn and develop within sales

* Manufacturing or distribution experience helpful but not required
