Are you passionate about driving customer success and growth? Do you enjoy building strong, long-term relationships and helping clients derive real value from technology? We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Management Executive to join the UK sales team of a global Saa Stech company and take full ownership of a portfolio of medium-sized customer accounts.

About the Role

You will manage a set of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This includes identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving adoption of software solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor for all stakeholders within the customer organisation. Your success will directly impact the business, as we believe our growth is intrinsically tied to our customers’ success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take primary ownership for ensuring growth, satisfaction, and retention within your SMB portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet upgrade and cross-sell targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Create and execute account plans, coordinating with internal experts to ensure successful delivery.
  • Proactively mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction, adoption, or renewals.
  • Collaborate with customer implementation partners to ensure seamless solution delivery and a trusted three‑way partnership.
  • Use consultative, solution‑selling techniques to demonstrate business value and ROI.
  • Strengthen relationships through regular engagement, including face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including renewals, upgrades, and pipeline development.
  • Build a base of referenceable customer contacts for future opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of business development experience in a software or SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in Account Management managing medium‑size companies.
  • Experience selling SaaS applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, or HRMS is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
