Join a leading UK brand in the ventilation and MVHR solutions market in this fantastic new opportunity as Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities- Confidently develop relationships with major and regional house builders
- Manage product tenders and win specifications and contracts with house builders and developers
- Drive sales growth to meet and exceed agreed targets
- Basic salary up to £50,000 per annum
- Hybrid company car
- 25 days holiday PLUS bank holidays
- Private Medical Insurance
- Life Assurance
- Proven Business Development Management experience within the specification market (ideally UK house builders or residential developers)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently present CPD's to key decision makers
- Stand out personality with excellent organisational skills
