Account Executive (B2B Sales) – Milton Keynes

£35,000 base + £70,000–£80,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission | Fast Progression

The Opportunity

You’ll step into a 360‑degree sales role, responsible for everything from prospecting and outreach through to closing deals and managing your own portfolio of clients.

This is a role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships and driving revenue, while also developing into a trusted advisor to customers.

You will be backed by a structured training programme and continuous support, giving you everything you need to succeed and progress quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and managing your own pipeline through proactive outreach and prospecting
  • Identifying opportunities with small to medium‑sized businesses and pitching tailored solutions
  • Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing value
  • Managing accounts post‑sale and ensuring a high level of service and retention
  • Negotiating and closing deals to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Working towards clear targets with the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through commission
