Glenn Cleaning & Support Services is looking for a driven, organised and commercially minded Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Bedford. This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers and building a strong pipeline of qualified meetings within a professional B2B sales environment. We are not looking for someone to simply make calls for the sake of activity.

We are looking for someone who can prospect intelligently, spot buying signals, qualify opportunities properly and create genuine sales conversations for the wider business. The role is positioned in the JD as a key part of Glenn Cleaning’s growth strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to generate consistent, high-quality opportunities for the Business Development team.

The role

You will be responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities by identifying target accounts, engaging prospects and converting insight, data and activity into high-quality meetings. You will work closely with sales and marketing, manage your own structured pipeline and play an important part in helping Glenn Cleaning grow its presence across target sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Create qualified sales opportunities for Glenn Cleaning & Support Services
  • Book and attend qualified appointments to sell our services
  • Work with sales and marketing to maximise lead generation support
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline to support progression and closure
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate, up to date and well maintained
  • Collaborate across departments to increase sales opportunities across the business
What we’re looking for
  • Experience of delivering against sales targets
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and diary management
  • B2B sales experience with the confidence to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A positive, resilient and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Commercial awareness and a good understanding of how businesses make decisions
What success looks like
  • 8-10 meetings per month
  • A consistent contribution to new business growth
What we offer
  • £25,000–£30,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission
  • Realistic OTE of £35,000–£37,000
