What You’llDo
  • Lead,mentor,andmotivateashowroomsalesteamtohitsales,margin,andconversiontargets.
  • Createaconsultative,customer firstculturenopressureselling,just confidenceandtrust.
  • Overseeday-to dayshowroomoperations,including staffing,rotas,customer consultations,andshowroompresentation.
  • Drivefootfallandlocalengagement,supportingmarketingactivityto boostvisitsandbrandawareness.
  • Conductandoverseein showroomandhomeconsultations, ensuringquotationsareaccurateandtailoredtoeachcustomerandsite.
  • Guaranteetransparent,precisequotationsthatalignwithpost-surveyordersandavoidvariationsordisputes.
  • Buildandmaintainstrongproductandtechnicalexpertiseacrossthe team,includingbuildingregulationsandperformancestandards.
  • Monitorperformancedataanddeliverweeklysalesandactivityreportingwithactionableinsight.
  • Partnercloselywith Operations and Installationtoensureseamlessprojectdelivery  from saletoaftercare.
  • Captureandanalysecustomerfeedbacktocontinuallyenhanceservice levels.
  • Ensureallcustomercommunicationsmeetprofessional,prompt,and friendlyservicestandards.
  • ChampionCRMexcellence,ensuringallleads,quotations,andfollow-upsaremeticulouslyrecorded.
  • Workwithmarketingandleadershiptokeepshowroomdisplays,POS, anddigitaltoolsuptodateandonbrand.
  • Supportteamdevelopmentthroughcoaching,training,and performance
  • reviews.
  • Maintainhealth&safetycompliancewithintheshowroom.
  • Shareinsightsonproducts,pricing,andcustomertrendstosupport continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
  • Essential:

    Experiencemanagingasales-focusedshowroomorretailsalesteam.
  • Preferably,experiencewithinwindows&doorsorrelatedtechnical
  • buildingproducts.
  • Minimum5years’experienceinconsultativeortechnicalsales
  • management.
  • Provenleadershipabilitywithatrackrecordofbuildinganddeveloping
  • successfulteams.
  • StrongcommercialmindsetwithabackgroundinsolutionsellingandKPImanagement.
  • ProficientwithCRMsystemsanddigitalsalestools.
  • Solidtechnicalunderstanding,includingproductperformanceand relevantbuildingregulations.
