- Oversee day-to dayshowroomoperations,including staffing,rotas,customer consultations,andshowroompresentation.
- Drivefootfallandlocalengagement,supportingmarketingactivityto boostvisitsandbrandawareness.
- Conductandoverseein showroomandhomeconsultations, ensuringquotationsareaccurateandtailoredtoeachcustomerandsite.
- Guarantee transparent,precisequotationsthatalignwithpost-surveyordersandavoidvariationsordisputes.
- Buildandmaintainstrongproductandtechnicalexpertiseacrossthe team,includingbuildingregulationsandperformancestandards.
- Monitorperformancedataanddeliverweeklysalesandactivityreportingwithactionableinsight.
- Partnercloselywith Operations and Installationtoensureseamlessprojectdelivery from saletoaftercare.
- Captureandanalysecustomerfeedbacktocontinuallyenhanceservice levels.
- Ensureallcustomercommunicationsmeetprofessional,prompt,and friendlyservicestandards.
- ChampionCRMexcellence,ensuringallleads,quotations,andfollow-upsaremeticulouslyrecorded.
- Workwithmarketingandleadershiptokeepshowroomdisplays,POS, anddigitaltoolsuptodateandonbrand.
- Supportteamdevelopmentthroughcoaching,training,and performance
- reviews.
- Maintain health&safetycompliancewithintheshowroom.
- Shareinsightsonproducts,pricing,andcustomertrendstosupport continuous improvement.
- Essential:
Experiencemanagingasales-focusedshowroomorretailsalesteam. - Preferably,experiencewithinwindows&doorsorrelatedtechnical
- building products.
- Minimum5years’experienceinconsultativeortechnicalsales
- management.
- Provenleadershipabilitywithatrackrecordofbuildinganddeveloping
- successful teams.
- StrongcommercialmindsetwithabackgroundinsolutionsellingandKPImanagement.
- ProficientwithCRMsystemsanddigitalsalestools.
- Solidtechnicalunderstanding,includingproductperformanceand relevantbuildingregulations.
