Powerforce is expanding! Following a major partnership win with Pepsi Co, we are building a high‑impact team. Representing globally recognised brands, you’ll play a key role in helping Pepsi Co create ‘more smiles with every bite’ through the Snacks and Grains portfolio – building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.
The Role:What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership:
Define the national direction of the sales team, using data‑driven insights to propose new initiatives and drive value. - Performance Management:
Measure team performance against targets and develop turn‑around strategies for any areas of underperformance. - Stakeholder Partnership:
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the client’s strategy is communicated and brought to life within the team. - Operational Excellence:
Implement consistent, best‑in‑class operational processes and ensure standard operating systems are embedded across the account. - People Development:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers, creating a culture of recognition and developing training schedules to suit individual needs.
- Proven People Leader:
Track record of successful people management and a proven ability to increase field productivity. - Stakeholder Expert:
Experience in developing and managing relationships with national‑level client stakeholders. - Confident Communicator:
Strong presentation skills with experience delivering clear, action‑oriented messages to large, key customer groups. - Commercial Mindset:
Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, reporting, and ROI to drive continuous improvement. - Essential Requirement: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
