Dairy​/Ruminant Customer Success Specialist - South West

• Develop deep expertise in our livestock dairy technology solutions and become a product expert.
• Guide customers through the initial onboarding process, ensuring they maximize our products.
• Evaluate farm routines and recommend optimizations to support full implementation of the technology.
• Provide ongoing product support, addressing inquiries related to functionality and usage.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and upgrades to existing customers.

• Several years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in customer success, training, or account management.
• Deep understanding and passion for the agriculture and dairy livestock industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Available to travel to customer sites 50% or more of the time.
