This isn’t a heavily KPI-driven, commission-chasing role. Instead, it offers long-term stability, autonomy, and the chance to build something properly.

• Growing sales of precision CNC machining services.
• Managing key customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Identifying and winning new business across multiple sectors.
• Re-engaging lapsed customers and developing new opportunities.
• Working closely with engineers who support costing and feasibility.
• Selling into sectors such as aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics and scientific research to provide variety and technical interest.

• £70–75k base (high basic, no commission).

• Experience as a Sales Engineer or technical sales professional.
