Sales Administrator

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Process and input customer sales orders accurately
• Provide day to day administrative support to the sales team
• Maintain and update the company CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process
• Carry out general administrative duties as required

• Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar sales support role
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
