• Drive new and used car enquiries and convert appointments into sales
• Build product knowledge and passion for the Audi brand to represent with pride
• Maximise leads and upsell-accessories, extended warranty, and finance packages
• Deliver a complete car buying experience and tailor packages to customers’ needs
• Adhere to FCA regulations and provide fair financial advice and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
