Location:
Hull Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 commission We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across the UK & Ireland. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, delivering commercial targets, developing people, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the UK & Ireland sales team. Drive sales growth, profitability and commercial performance. Develop and deliver sales strategy aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships. Monitor performance, forecasting and sales pipeline. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales leadership or sales management.
Strong track record of achieving sales and profit targets. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach. Highly organised, results-driven and confident in a fast-paced environment.
