TISSL, Clear Course Hospitality's premium EPOS brand, is looking for a Director to set the strategic direction, drive revenue growth and own the customer experience. This is a BU leadership role with a team spanning product management, account management, new business, and implementation.

To be considered for this role, you must have direct, hands on experience with restaurant or hospitality POS systems. Applications without this will not be progressed.

Key accountabilities:

Own and deliver new ARR targets, leading a BDM team with a disciplined, insight-led sales approach across premium restaurant groups, hotel F&B, and Michelin-level venues
Drive Clear Accept payment attach on every new deal, treating embedded payments as a commercial priority
Oversee Account Management to deliver NRR growth, proactive retention, and structured churn prevention across the TISSL estate
Own customer satisfaction performance, establishing feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product to embed the voice of the customer into roadmap decisions
Define and evolve TISSL's go-to-market strategy, representing the business in group-level commercial and product forums
Lead team structure, performance, and development across BDM, Account Management, Product Management...
