Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor No experience? No problem. • Must have access to your own vehicle
• Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic)
• Proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting
• £28,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday
