Business Development Manager - Audio

Business Development Manager – Audio Products (professional audio, AV, musical instruments or related technology).

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation within the audio industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual with a genuine passion for audio products, technology and developing business relationships.

Key responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the audio market.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors and key stakeholders.

* Develop existing accounts and maximise sales opportunities.

* Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

* Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop growth strategies.

* Achieve agreed sales, revenue and business development targets.

* Represent the company and its audio portfolio at exhibitions, events and industry meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.

* Experience with in professional audio, AV, musical instruments or related technology.

* Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

* Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

* A proactive, self-motivated approach to winning new business.

* The ability to understand technical products and communicate their benefits commercially.

* Willingness to travel when required.
