Sales Manager – Property Auctions

Turning the right property conversations into instructions is where the earning potential really starts. As Sales Manager, you’ll use your knowledge of the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire markets to win new business, build valuable partnerships and take property sales from initial valuation through to completion.

You’ll be joining a growing auction operation backed by an established national business, giving you the autonomy to develop your own network alongside the marketing and administrative support needed to convert opportunities. With uncapped monthly commission and OTE above £85,000, your results will be directly reflected in your earnings.

• £35,000 basic salary with uncapped commission paid monthly

• The backing and reputation of an established national auction business

• Develop relationships and partnerships that generate a consistent pipeline of new instructions
• Value residential, mixed-use and commercial properties across the region
• Advise property owners on the auction process and the most effective route to sale
• Manage instructions from initial valuation through to successful completion
• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals and existing market relationships
• Represent the business professionally when meeting property owners, introducers and industry contacts

• Strong estate agency background with knowledge of Buckinghamshire and surrounding property markets
• Proven success in property valuations, listings and securing new instructions
• Established understanding of the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire markets
• Experience managing property transactions and developing new business
• Auction property experience would be advantageous but is not essential
