Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Sales Administrator

, we are expanding our team in Milton Keynes and looking for someone who thrives in a technical, fast‑paced, and customer‑centric environment. If you have a background in sales administration, customer service, or project support—especially within construction, M&E, or industrial supply chains—this role offers you the chance to join a company where your expertise genuinely adds value.
This position places you at the heart of operations—supporting both commercial activity and technical project execution. You will work closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams on a wide variety of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, logistics coordination, and technical documentation.
You’ll be joining a supportive team where your ability to understand technical products, coordinate multi‑step workflows, and provide proactive service will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.
Your duties and key responsibilitiesYou will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales office by handling:
Sales & Customer Support- Managing customer enquiries and providing first‑class support
- Processing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery updates
- Communicating with customers and internal teams to keep information flowing seamlessly
- Supporting project‑related documentation and technical queries (training provided)
- Working with ERP systems, CRM, stock data, pricing, and order tracking
- Liaising with other teams to ensure accurate information for site‑related orders
- Maintaining records, documentation, and compliance‑related files
- Supporting other business administrative tasks, as needed
- Coordinating general office tasks—data entry, reporting, and internal communications
- Minimum2 years’ experience in sales administration, customer service, technical sales support, or order processing
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally in construction, M&E, industrial supplies, or technical products
- Strong ERP knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Interest in technical products or engineering

- Working hours:
8 AM - 5 PM (Mon-Thu) | 8 AM - 3 PM (Fri) - 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
