Due to some upcoming retirements, we are currently reorganizing the sales team and are exploring a new location for our sales office in the UK.

• Set up and lead the national sales team with active communication of vision, strategy and targets
• Take care on strategic marketing and business development of our powder coating and ink products in the UK
• Ensure excellent knowledge about national competitors due to professional market analysis and create an aligned sales strategy
• Active selling (acquisition of new clients, managing existing key accounts and servicing existing customers)
• Creation and control of the annual budget and sales plan
• Realize accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts in alignment with our Global Sales TEAM in the headquarters Austria
• Perform product demonstrations and technical support for customers
• Manage all organizational and operational tasks of the sales site

• Higher commercial and/or technical education
• Solid technical understanding
• At least 3 years of sales experience within the powder coating industry
• Consultative selling skills with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Strong communication skills and sensitivity for customer needs
• Proficient in general computer operations, including MS Office suite and CRM data entry
