They are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual, who holds a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and successfully converting into client accounts. It is essential that applicants hold robust industry technical knowledge, including ACOP L8, HSG 274 and in addition to process water systems experience.

Qualifications:
- Excellent reputation as a Water Treatment Business Development Manager
- Ideally will hold industry-recognised qualifications / training
- Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Strong sales acumen
- Experience with testing kits, cooling towers, steam boilers and closed systems
- Confident negotiating and selling directly to clients
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Actively contributing to the growth of water treatment, cooling tower, steam boiler and closed system client accounts
- Identifying potential business opportunities
- Following up on warm client leads to convert successfully
- Using various means to contact prospective clients, including cold calling
- Promoting company services to new clients
- Upselling / upgrading existing client accounts
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients
- Contributing to the bidding process, ensuring tenders are accurate and competitive
- Handling incoming client enquiries
- Attending client sites to scope for new contracts
- Building strong relationships with new clients
- Meeting / exceeding sales targets
- Working closely with Directors to track progress and personal sales performance
