Sales Executive

EAC Consulting Group are representing a rapidly growing Finance Organisation based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an ambitious, target driven Sales Executive to join their growing business. If you have a passion for sales, hitting and exceeding targets then this is the role for you. The opportunity to earn lucrative commission with a realistic OTE of £100,000 by year 3!

You must be comfortable working in a heavily outbound role. On Offer for the Sales Executive: £26,000 or £36,000 basic OTE approx 1st year £45,000 2nd year £60,000 Generous uncapped commission Brand new modern office space Free on-site gym, pool table and games room Social incentives and monthly awards Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm (5pm finish on Friday) Clear progression to Senior Account Manager Duties for the Sales Executive:
Generate and close new business Generate and qualify leads by either cold calling, email or using Linked In Negotiate confidently and close professionally They will ensure that all proposals and documents remain compliant Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion to meet deadlines Manage existing relationships and build successful networking relationships to grow the business.

They will be committed to the delivery of a positive client experience. They will be committed to improving their knowledge of the finance products on offer. The ideal Sales Executive:
Hungry, money motivated individual with a passion for sales Must be happy to pick up the phone and make 100 outbound dials Previous sales experience and working in a fast paced sales role is a must! The determination and drive to work to and exceed targets Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and with the ability to work within a team or independently.
