Milton Keynes - Hybrid This role follows a non‑negotiable 3‑day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office. About the Job We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Centre (EDC) team at Ingram Micro. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in technology sales.

Whether you already have experience in sales support, account management, customer service or a similar customer-facing role, you'll be supported with ongoing training and development to build your knowledge of Enterprise Data Centre solutions and develop into a trusted advisor for our customers and partners. You'll spend your time building relationships, identifying opportunities and supporting customers with product information, quotations and solutions across our EDC portfolio.

• Driving the growth of Enterprise Data Centre solutions across your customer base
• Building and developing strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations
• Providing customers with product information, pricing and quotations
• Managing opportunities and supporting deals through to completion
• Working closely with internal teams and vendor partners to maximise opportunities
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth

• Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, account management or similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to learn and develop
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and CRM tools
• An interest in technology and developing a career within the IT industry
