Join our team as a Relief Officer at Wilson James. This brand‑new opportunity is based in Milton Keynes City Centre and offers excellent public transport access (bus and train station 5–10 minutes away) as well as on‑site parking, washing facilities, lockers and a modern office space.

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 120 guaranteed hours a month

Pay: £13.60 per hour

• Providing a visible and proactive security presence to deter theft, anti‑social behaviour, and security risks.
• Monitoring retail and public areas and reporting incidents promptly via the Security Control Room.
• Maintaining effective communication at all times using a two‑way radio.
• Controlling site access where required and carrying out patrols and searches professionally.
• Ensuring incidents are recorded and reported in line with site policies and procedures.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Calm & confident under pressure, handling challenging situations professionally.
• Comfortable with responding to incidents and patrolling.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
