Our company has been awarded the contract for the provision of Door Supervisors to the prestigious Super Casino in Milton Keynes. This role would be leading the shift as head of shift.

Shift Patterns - Four on Four off

Hours - 7am - 3pm

As head of shift, you will oversee the Door Supervisors, ensuring compliance with SIA regulations, managing shift operations, and handling incidents.

• SIA Door Supervision licence (Active)
• At least two years Night Time Economy experience. Examples:
  Pub, Night Club or Casino.
• Great communicational skills
• An understanding of radio protocols
• Experience with in Conflict management and Customer Relations
• Smart, professional and welcoming personality
• Team player

Self employed roles only.

Full training given.
